About the Retreat
Self-Love Pole is so excited to welcome you to this unique and sacred retreat, designed to harness radical self-love, held this year in the enchanting high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Our gathering last year in Joshua Tree was nothing short of magical - filled with connection, laughter, tears, movement, and love for ourselves and one another. In 2026, we return to the desert with even more intention, creativity, and care.
This year’s theme, “Aligned: A Journey to Radical Self-Love,” invites you to embark on an embodied exploration of the seven chakras, from root to crown. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited into movement and creative practices that nurture connection, build confidence, and foster expansion of your true and authentic sense of self.
This retreat is about community, not skill level. All bodies, identities, and experiences are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling aligned.
💫 This year’s retreat features:
A thoughtfully curated journey through the chakras designed to bring you into deeper alignment with radical self-love
A welcome guide and swag bag
A slack channel for retreat communication and connection with other participants
Three nights to allow for deep connection, integration, and restoration
Eight delicious meals prepared by a personal chef
Two specialty pole workshops - no previous experience necessary!
Three unique movement and creative expression sessions
An opening circle with a sound bath and meditation

Two group excursions exploring the beauty and history of New Mexico

New Mexico is known as the Land of Enchantment — rich in culture, art, desert landscapes, and healing traditions. The climate can be dry, with warm days and cool nights, so hydration and layering clothing is important. The land itself is deeply soulful and grounding — an ideal backdrop for this retreat. We highly suggest you extend your stay if possible to be able to experience the true enchantment of this special place.
-
If you can extend your trip, we highly recommend it! New Mexico has so much to see and do and you will get a small taste on the excursions during the retreat. If you do decide to extend, here are some recommendations:
Santa Fe: art galleries, Meow Wolf, La Choza Restaurant, Cross of the Martyrs, Santa Fe Opera
Taos: mountain views, natural hot springs, Taos Pueblo (a UNESCO World Heritage site), Taos Gorge, Orlandos Restaurant
Albuquerque: Sandia Mountains, Old Town, Sandia Tram, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Route 66, El Patio Restaurant, Durans Central Pharmacy, The Rio Grande Bosque, Petroglyph National Park, Volcanos
Other Recommendations: Bandelier National Monument, White Sands, Acoma Sky City Pueblo, Jemez National Forest, Tent Rocks
