Healing is a bridge between the soul, the self, and the community.

My work is rooted in relationship—an invitation into presence and compassionate witnessing. Together, we build bridges between mind, body, soul, and spirit.

What I Offer

I support individuals and communities in navigating healing, transformation, and the sacred complexity of being human.

My offerings include:

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy
A relational, depth-oriented space for exploring grief, identity, nervous system healing, life transitions, and attachment wounds. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

  • Supportive Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness Integration and preparation for non-ordinary states, including breathwork, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy (OR, CO, and NM only). I offer grounded, soul-centered support before and after these experiences to help weave insights into daily life.

  • Grief & Soul Work
Tender care for the losses that shift our world. Space to honor endings, explore meaning, and deepen into the yearnings of the soul.

  • Group & Community Healing Spaces
Process groups, retreats, and collective spaces rooted in mutual care, presence, and shared becoming.

  • Clinical Supervision & Mentoring
Reflective, supportive guidance for therapists in training, facilitators, and other healing professionals. I offer mentorship grounded in ethics, relational presence, and soulful practice.

Whether we meet one-on-one or in community, my approach centers relationship, consent, and reverence for your unique path.

Healing is not something I do to you—it’s something we co-create together.

My Approach

I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the sacred.

My approach is rooted in presence, curiosity, and deep respect for your inner wisdom. I draw from depth, humanistic, and transpersonal psychology, somatic practices, trauma-informed care, and the transformative power of non-ordinary states. This work isn’t about fixing—it’s about unfolding.

Whether we’re in a one-on-one session or gathered in community, I center:

  • Mutual care and co-regulation
We are not meant to heal alone. I offer a steady, attuned presence to walk alongside you.

  • Consent, collaboration, and trust
You are the expert of your own experience. Together, we move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your boundaries, and your truth.

  • A strengths-based, trauma-informed lens
I approach each person with the belief that you already carry the seeds of your healing. My role is to support your process in a way that centers safety, empowerment, and resilience—never urgency or force.

  • Soul-centered inquiry
I invite what’s deeper than diagnosis—your longings, your grief, your creativity, your ancestral stories. These are part of your wholeness, not something to pathologize.

  • A decolonial orientation
I honor the wisdom of the body, the land, and ancestral traditions. My work is shaped by a commitment to disrupting systems of oppression, reclaiming cultural memory, and holding space for healing that is liberatory—not just clinical.

I hold space for what’s raw, what’s sacred, and everything in between. This is slow, relational work that honors both the mystery and the practical realities of being human.

Healing, to me, is not about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you already are.

“I can't thank you enough for your poise, expertise, composure and care. You're so fluid in your professionalism, it's a beautiful thing to witness and benefit from.  Very grateful for you.”

Jacoba Rock - Clinical Associate Professor at Boise State University

“Shaina is one of the most strengths-based and growth-oriented social work clinicians, supervisors, and leaders that I know of. She is deeply invested in supporting others through validation of their assets, opportunities, and futures, and models that for many other less-seasoned practitioners. She is genuinely culturally responsive and anti-oppressive throughout her work, and in all other ways, the values and ethics of social work and broader clinical practice are aligned with Shaina’s professional and personal pursuits.”

Former ASW Supervisee

One of the most noticeable aspects of Mrs. Fawn's supervision was her ability to
provide practical feedback, which challenged me to think critically while boosting my
confidence as a clinician. Mrs. Fawn’s approach to supervision was always respectful,
kind, empathetic, and empowering, which allowed me to develop my clinical skills while
feeling entirely supported.

Former Therapy Client

“I always look forward to our sessions. Our meetings feel like a washing machine for my soul.”

Alicia A. - Former Employee

“It was an absolute life changing experience working with Shaina. She is honestly one of the best supervisors that I have ever had the privilege to work with and one of the best LCSWs that I know. Shaina’s approach as a supervisor, and as an LCSW inspired me to also obtain licensure. She was always supportive and approachable, which made it easy to ask for help or for clarification when needed. She is empathic, patient, and meets her employees where they are in terms of professional development. Although Shaina was in a supervisor/management role, she was always eager to learn from others and never made me feel inferior. She inspires her team and creates a rewarding and supportive work environment. I found that her positive affirmations helped strengthen/improve my confidence as a mental health professional. She emphasized the importance of self-care to help prevent burnout.”

Former Therapy Client

"You are the first therapist I've had that I felt that I could truly open up to.  You have helped me to feel safe to be able to explore traumatic childhood memories that have been keeping me from being able to move forward in my life."

Brenda C. - Former Employee

“I had the pleasure of working with Shaina in 2018, during which time she served as my supervisor in the Behavioral Health Department of a Federally Qualified Health Center in Los Angeles. Shaina is an exceptional supervisor, with a clear vision, excellent communication skills, and a knack for fostering collaboration. She consistently provided constructive feedback that was both insightful and motivating. Under her guidance, I gained confidence both professionally and personally. Shaina's genuine care for her team and her dedication to helping each individual reach their highest potential are truly commendable. Her leadership and management style have significantly contributed to my success. I highly recommend Shaina for any role that requires strong supervisory skills and a commitment to excellence.”

Former Therapy Client

"I look forward to our sessions every week.  Before meeting you, I always thought that therapy was silly and a waste of time.  With you I have learned the value of investing in myself.”
